Returns and Refunds
Although products are not eligible for return or exchange, we want your experience to be as amazing as possible. If you have any issue or concern regarding our products or need a product replacement, please call customer service at 833-JAVANOW (833-528-2669). Be sure to have your order number and the name of the original purchaser ready to provide to the customer service representative. You may also fill out a contact form by clicking here. Any product that has been in possession of the customer for more than 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at anytime by logging into your account and following the prompts. Perhaps you receive your shipment less frequently?

Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
No orders are processed on Fridays or Major U.S. Holidays.
For shipments to PO, FPO or APO boxes, Standard is the only shipping available.
We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please note: Any order which has already been processed by our warehouse which requires cancellation or shipping address correction because of customer error will be subject to a $10.00 processing/re-stocking fee. Please double-check the shipping information you have entered to avoid the possibility of this charge.
Your applicable state and/or local tax will be calculated and added to the total when your credit card is charged, just prior to shipping. The following states will have tax applied: AR, CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WA.
